Born and raised in Chicago, Julio began his career in food and beverage when he was just 19 while attending Western Illinois University studying economics. Julio has been with AJ Hudson's almost since the start, and he's one of the hardest working men we know. Laidback, affable, with a killer knowledge of beer, Julio is a consummate professional and a guy you want in your corner.
